The Stezka korunami stromů Krkonoše is located in Janské Lázně, right by the lower station of the Černohorský Express cable car. The wooden walkway, over 1,300 meters long, takes you through the forest up to a height of 24 meters above the ground, offering beautiful views of the Krkonoše peaks, Černá hora, and the valley.
The highlight of the trail is a 45-meter-high observation tower, which you can reach via a spiral walkway without a single step. Your reward will be a panoramic view of Sněžka, Černá hora, Rýchory, and, in good weather, the Orlické hory. For the descent, you can use a 80-meter-long dry toboggan slide, which is accessible for free with your admission.
The trail is barrier-free and suitable for families with children. The complex also includes an interactive educational section with information about the nature of the Krkonoše National Park. It is open year-round, and in winter offers the magical atmosphere of a snowy forest. We recommend booking tickets online and combining your visit with a cable car ride to Černá hora.
